Jack Breard, president and partner of UCR Urban in Dallas, is one of the executives that will oversee retail leasing at the Hill Country Galleria in Bee Cave. Details of the sale of the Hill Country Galleria to the California State Teacher's Retirement System and partner Invesco Real Estate have been slow to leak out, but Tuesday afternoon officials with Dallas-based United Commercial Realty, known as UCR, told me they are taking over the retail leasing and management of the 1.3 million mixed-use project in Bee Cave.
