Associated Press: The company planning a wind farm off Block Island has reached an agreement with an environmental group that both sides say will help protect endangered whales while the project is built. Deepwater Wind and the Conservation Law Foundation announced an agreement Monday under which the company will change its planned construction period to minimize any potential impact on North Atlantic right whales.
