Diageo offloads Bushmills to Casa Cuervo for Tequila Don Julio

Diageo is set to take full control of the Don Julio Tequila brand from joint partner Casa Cuervo, with Bushmills Irish whiskey going in the other direction, along with a US$408m payment.
