With disposable material path, Model TS5624DMP enables difficult fluids and pre-mixed 2-part epoxies to be dispensed without need for frequent cleaning. Seal-less valve dispenses low to medium viscosity fluids over wide range of shot and bead sizes, down to fraction of a micro liter. Wetted parts are manufactured from black Polyethylene to prevent moisture and UV light from coming into contact with dispense fluids. For fast and positive shut-off, valve features short opening stroke.
