Programmable over full 360° range, digital phase shifters feature 8-bit TTL logic interface, where phase states can be precisely controlled, and hybrid MIC design architecture. Typ phase shift error ranges from ±0.9° to ±5° over 8 binary increments, with switching speed performance from 30–450 nsec, and max input (CW) power varies from +10 to +30 dBm. Covering frequency bands ranging from 0.5–37 GHz, 4 models produce discrete set of phase states of up to 255 total steps with 1.4° increments.
