Operating from 9 Vdc over ambient range of -10 to +50°C, direct emission 520 nm green laser diode modules produce elliptical beam at 520 nm and offer stable optical output up to 35 mW. RoHS-compliant products, measuring 53 mm long x 12 mm dia, come in anodized aluminum housing with 300 mm external flying leads for electrical connections.
