Suited for non-contact and contact needle dispensing of assembly fluids, PICO® xMOD™ Valve uses piezoelectric actuation technology for continuous operation at speeds of up to 500 cycles/sec. Deposits as small as 2 nL can be produced accurately at production speeds, and non-contact jet valve makes it possible to apply fluid in hard-to-access areas or onto uneven or delicate substrates. All 5 major components can be removed and exchanged within seconds, eliminating production downtime.
