As part of document aging process, WorkSpace Manager 1.9.18 can apply version-by-version filtering when moving documents between WorkSite servers and databases. Filtering of content to be copied or deleted can be performed dynamically, using any range of values, patterns of values, or combined cross-referenced metadata values from external system and individual versions. Software also includes pre-set configurations for common archiving and content migration scenarios.
