Federal prosecutors have subpoenaed 16 years of documents from Trinity Industries - the company at the center of lawsuits about potentially faulty guardrails. ABC News reports prosecutors have asked for documents from 1999 to now - relating to the ET 2000 and the ET Plus guardrails.
