Supplied in SMT package, CMD177C3 offers 6.5 dB conversion loss, 45 dBc LO to RF isolation, and +18 dBm input IP3 across 6–14 GHz bandwidth. Minimum LO drive requirement is +9 dBm, with saturation reached at levels over +13 dBm, and IF bandwidth of DC to 5 GHz allows support of diverse frequency conversion plans. Supporting use in up-/down-converting systems, product can be used in pair configured as image reject mixer or single sideband modulator with external hybrids and power splitters.
