Republican Doug Ose, who is taking on Rep. Ami Bera, D-Elk Grove, hands out a flier to an unsuspecting motorist Friday at a gas station on Fair Oaks Boulevard in Sacramento. Republican Doug Ose, the once-and-potentially future congressman, hopped out of his pickup truck Friday and soon was mingling with a young woman at a Chevron on Fair Oaks Boulevard in Sacramento.
