This makes MBP, an affiliate of Townsend Ventures, the majority owner of Dow Kokam, which includes Midland Battery Park - home to one of the highest capacity, large-format lithium ion battery manufacturing plants in the world - and a Lee's Summit facility in Missouri, according to a Dow news release.
