Dow Chemical to bring 800 workers to Pa. R&D site

Dow Chemical Co. is moving 800 workers by the end of 2014 to a research and development facility on a sprawling campus that is also home to drug giant Pfizer Inc. Officials from the Midland, Mich.-based chemical company cut the ribbon Wednesday on the new facility in Collegeville in suburban Philadelphia.
