ASTM International Committee D08 on Roofing and Waterproofing presented Rene Dupuis, Ph.D., principal at Structure Research Inc., with William C. Cullen Award for his contributions to international standards for roofing and waterproofing. Member of ASTM International and Committee D08 since 1978, Dupuis works on several D08 subcommittees, received D08 Award of Appreciation twice, and was honored with Walter C.
