At 6 GHz, GaAs MMIC driver amplifier delivers greater than 15 dB of gain with corresponding output 1 dB compression point of +17 dBm and output IP3 of 23 dBm. Device's 50 Ω matched design eliminates need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. It offers full passivation for reliability and moisture protection.
