A federal judge in Trenton, N.J., has dismissed claims by E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Co., that a competitor infringed two of its patents for flexographic printing equipment. In a suit filed in 2006, DuPont asserted that patents for its Cyrel FAST line of equipment for making thermal printing plates were infringed by the LAVA line of printing products sold by MacDermid Printing Solutions of Atlanta.
