DuPont named "severe violator" for La Porte plant deaths by OSHA

DuPont was placed on the "severe violators list" by the the Occupational Safety and Health Administration on July 9 following the death of four workers related to a chemical leak at the company's La Porte plant in November . The decision by OSHA, a workplace health agency, means that the administration will continue to investigate the facility, the Houston Chronicle reported .
