As a result of a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission , DuSolo issued a news release last night to clarify two of its previous disclosures. Secured contract with large Brazilian soybean producer that intends to purchase up to 40,000 tonnes of 18% DANF, for total proceeds of $4.4-million once all sales have been fully executed.
