Offering 122.0 x 70.9 x 39.4 in. work envelope and respective X, Y, and Z axis travels of 78.7, 59.1, and 23.6 in., EDNC21 handles payloads to 22,047 lb and electrode weights up to 662 lb (per head). Dual-head configuration enables concurrent processing of multiple fine details. Each gantry-style head, independently controlled/programmed via Hyper-i system, travels up to 78.7 in. Other features include SuperSpark IV and HyperCut technologies and HS-Rib high-speed Z-Axis configuration option.
