Duke Energy board appoints Wick Moorman as new board member

Duke Energy's board of directors announced the appointment of former Norfolk Southern Corp. CEO and Executive Chairman Charles W. "Wick" Moorman as a new board member, effective March 1, 2016. "Wick Moorman led one of America's largest and most important railroad businesses," said Duke Energy CEO, President and Chairman Lynn Good.
