EMCORE Corporation Announces Final Results of Its Modified Dutch...

EMCORE Corporation today announced the final results of its modified "Dutch auction" tender offer, which expired at 5:00 P.M., New York City time, on June 15, 2015. The Company today accepted for purchase 6,870,229 shares of EMCORE common stock at a purchase price of $6.55 per share, for a total aggregate cost of approximately $45 million, excluding fees and expenses related to the tender offer.
