(Telecompaper) South African ICT group EOH says the investigation by legal firm ENSafrica into its past dealings has revealed suspicious transactions worth ZAR 1.2 billion and evidence of serious governance failings and wrongdoing. It said that payments of ZAR 1.2 billion to approximately 78 supplier entities are being investigated to determine whether appropriate work was done for services rendered.
