In celebration of Earth Day, U.S. EPA expanded conversation on climate change through public engagement and education concerning importance of protecting air, water, and land. Activities included announcement of District Sustainability Award and honorees for Green Ribbon Schools program, Earth Day event at Union Station, and announcement of Campus RainWorks Challenge winners, focused on stormwater infrastructure.
