Denver Post: The Environmental Protection Agency has taken an important step for our future by proposing a strategy to reduce carbon pollution from power plants. The Clean Power Plan, proposed in June and now in the middle of a public comment period, would finally put limits on this heat-trapping gas by 30 percent, compared to 2005 levels, just like any other pollutant that threatens public health and well being.
