EPA plans next phase of dioxin cleanup along Tittabawassee River

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is launching the third phase of an effort to clean up dioxin contamination along the Tittabawassee River in Saginaw County. The agency will accept public comments on the cleanup plan through Oct. 15. The EPA has also set up a public meeting on Wednesday, Sept.
