Politico: The Obama administration issued its latest climate change proposal on Friday, calling for a hike in fuel efficiency requirements for heavy-duty trucks in a bid to slash pollution from the vehicles that represent about a fifth of the nations transportation-related greenhouse gas emissions. The proposed EPA rule comes on the heels of its announcement that it planned to regulate greenhouse gas emission from airplanes and just weeks before it unveils the final climate change rules for the nations...
