If you're in the market for a small tablet with some substantial horsepower under the hood, take a look at the Venue 8 7000 from Dell. It made PC Mags best of CES 2015 list earlier this year, and it's currently being sold alongside a wireless keyboard and folio case for under 450 bucks at the Dell store.
