European Union regulators are to determine whether Perrigo's a go for Mylan N.V. by July 29, according to Reuters. The generic pharmaceutical company whose executive team is based in Canonsburg, near Pittsburgh, is persisting in a $34 billion hostile takeover of Dublin, Ireland-based Perrigo Co.
