Synco Properties Inc. and Schlosser Development Corp. are planning a mixed-use development at the site of The Colony apartment complex in Charlotte's SouthPark area and expect to file a rezoning application next month for the project, which would include 1,100 apartment units as well as retail space, office space and a hotel.
