The Eads Company, announced recently it has completed the acquisition of Jatasco, Inc., a Tulsa, Oklahoma-based distributor of engineered products, primarily serving the energy industry. Founded in 1953, Eads is a Houston-based provider of engineered flow control, instrumentation, filtration and related products and services to process-type industries
