Eagle's Nest May Delay Track Construction

Might be a bit of a hiccup for Burlington Northern as it readies to build a second set of tracks through the La Crosse River marsh. A local photographer thinks a bald eagle nest could be close enough to the tracks to warrant a special federal permit for the company to proceed with the their plans.
