Earth Friends closed its location at the Kentucky International Convention Center earlier this week, after owner Stacie Bale said she was having problems with the landlord, Centerplate Inc. . The business is being dissolved but the Earth Friends concept - sandwiches, wraps, soups, salads and sweets for carnivores, vegetarians and vegans - is now moving into New Albanian Brewing Co.'
