Earthstone Energy Strikes Again with Midland Basin Bolt-on Acquisition

In its fourth acquisition of the year, Earthstone Energy agreed to acquire privately held operated assets located in the Midland Basin from two sellers in a cash-and-stock transaction worth about $73.2 million.
