East Texas residents cry foul as sewage problems persist

The state has given an East Texas town until July to prevent sewage from backing up into the homes and yards of residents. People living in a neighborhood of Hooks, west of Texarkana, say since 2009 heavy rainfall has caused sewer overflows.
