Editorial contest for students eyes smartphone-related driving dangers

The Kansas Press Association, local Kansas newspapers and AT&T are joining together to conduct an "It Can Wait" editorial contest to raise awareness about the dangers of smartphone-related driving distractions, according to a KPA press release.
