Designed for RFPA applications, 2.3 x 0.89 x 0.34 in. PKB4216C series supplies voltage to power transistors used in integrated radio amplifiers. Converter provides up to 200 W and output current up to 6.67 A, operates from 36–75 V input, and delivers 95% typ efficiency at 30 V output half load. Along with 3.53 million hr MTBF, features include 1,500 Vdc I/O isolation, various protections, and design suited for deployment in environments where only natural convection is available.
