Suited for wastewater treatment plants, 90° angle tab-type Vortab Elbow Flow Conditioner eliminates flow meter upstream piping requirements by conditioning flow stream into flow regime, mimicking straight run. This removes swirl and asymmetric velocity profiles caused by pumps placed too close to meter. Available in carbon steel, 316L SS, or Hastelloy C-276, flow conditioner offers variety of process connections, including ANSI flanges, male NPT threads, butt welded preps, or retaining wafers.
