WESTBURY, N.Y. – Electro Industries/ GaugeTech (EIG) announces that its data-logging Shark® 200 multifunction power and energy meter with expandable I/O has received KEMA certification for its IEC 61850 protocol implementation. KEMA rigorously tested EIG's IEC 61850 protocol option card, the INP300S, and found it to comply with the IEC 61850 international standard.
