The Energy Department is requesting proposals for a new Clean Energy Manufacturing Innovation Institute as part of the Administrations broader National Network for Manufacturing Innovation, which drives collaboration between small- and medium-sized companies, academic institutions, industrial research organizations and national laboratories.
