Enlink Midstream makes $100 million Permian Basin acquisition

Dallas-based Enlink announced the acquisition of LPC Crude Oil Marketing, which includes refinery injection stations, a fleet of trucks, 67 miles of crude oil pipeline and crude oil purchase agreements. The transaction helps make Enlink a complete midstream solution in the Permian Basin in west Texas and southeastern New Mexico, officials said.
