Based on Intel® Xeon® processors, ClearPath Libra 8290 features redundant processor modules that support automated failover in event of system component failure. Dual I/O subsystem modules run in parallel, so system can continue without interruption if major fault occurs in one module. I/O cells use s-Par® secure partitioning technology, which enables multiple partitions to operate concurrently. With dual A/C power inputs, clients can draw electricity from different provider grids.
