Environmental department to show plan for reducing emissions at Portsmouth meeting

The Virginia Department of Environmental Quality will present a plan to reduce carbon emissions from existing power plants Tuesday night. The event is scheduled for 5 to 8 p.m. at Tidewater Community College in Portsmouth, according to a news release from the Virginia League of Conservation Voters.
