Opponents are about to have their day in court in an attempt to derail New Jersey's proposed $225 million settlement with ExxonMobil. A coalition of environmental groups and Democratic state Sen. Raymond Lesniak are set to appear before Superior Court Judge Michael Hogan Friday.
