Featuring tapered cutting blades with one serrated edge for gripping aramid woven cloth fabric fibers and one sharp edge for cutting them, Model 9180 Kevlar® Shears produces clean, straight cut for splicing applications. Features include cutting blades heat treated to Rc 58-60, cushioned rubber handles, and return spring. Able to fit in and be used by either hand, design does not have any finger loops. Tool may also be used on aramid fiber insulation and fishing line.
