Ericsson sues Wiko for patent infringement

(Telecompaper) Ericsson announced it's suing French smartphone maker Wiko for patent infringement. The suits were filed in the regional courts of Duesseldorf and Mannheim in Germany, for infringement of patents essential to 2G, 3G and 4G cellular technology, as well as implementation patents.
