After Erie's town board voted late Tuesday to delay its decision on an oil and gas moratorium, Trustee Jennifer Carroll is voicing concern over the actions of a town official during the board's consideration of the measure. Carroll, along with Mayor Tina Harris and Trustee Scott Charles, was on the losing side of Tuesday night's 4-3 vote to table the year-long fracking moratorium until at least Jan. 27. The trustees appeared poised to pass the moratorium 4-3 when Town Administrator A.J. Krieger received some last-minute communication from representatives of the Anadarko Petroleum Corp., including a text message and email from the company attorney.
