Etoile Water Supply PWS issues boil water notice

Due to a line break on April 23, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has required Etoile Water Supply PWS to notify customers in Branch Hollow, Morgan's Cove, and Lavaca Point that they will need to boil their water prior to consumption.
