Even travelers have to eat in LA

An otherwise delightful four days in Los Angeles last weekend included an extra 4.5 hours in the Burbank Airport waiting for a delayed Southwest Airlines flight . Unfortunately it meant that Henri and I missed local Bastille Day events and the Schell-Vista annual Chicken BBQ, where several attendees reported that the beans were better than ever and were still, thank heavens, ladled out by "Mrs. Chief" Nelda Mulas.
