Dealers that are selling alternative fuel vehicles pure electric, plug in hybrid, hybrid, natural gas vehicle, flex fuel, and other variations know very well that education is a must for staff to deliver to car shoppers and owners. There are always questions that come up about incentives, charging and fueling stations, lifecycle ownership costs, and other green benefits of ownership. Two experts gave presentations on these issues last week at the NAFA conference in Atlantic City, NJ, that are excellent for dealer management to know about.
