Exclusive: Dayton luxury car dealer plans major renovation

The luxury car dealership, part of the Evans Motorworks family of dealerships, is slated for $1.8 million worth of renovations that will start May 18, said owner Jim Evans . The project already has been approved by the city of Vandalia.
